On each tournament, it should be different. one could be choose your own teammate and randomized teams. I think first tournament should be randomized since lot of people dont know eachother still.

Random teammates for the first one. It would be nice having clan members playing with someone they haven't played with before. Also gives them time to connect and create a new friendship.
